Who can enter?
Recruitment and HR companies worldwide can enter relevant categories. If you nominate another company or individual, obtain their permission first. Check the category criteria and entry guidelines before submitting.
Is there an entry fee?
No. Entering the Onrec Awards is free. Ceremony tickets are purchased separately; see pricing and booking for current rates.
How do I submit a nomination?
Choose your category on the nomination form, answer the relevant questions and add your contact details. Submit a separate nomination for each category. Entries close on 14 December 2026.
How are entries judged?
An independent panel assesses entries against the category criteria. Judges declare conflicts and do not assess entries where they have a conflict. Sponsorship does not influence judging, and companies cannot sponsor a category they enter. Read the judging and sponsorship policy.
When and where is the ceremony?
The ceremony takes place in March 2027 at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City. The exact date and shortlist announcement date are to be announced.
What is the dress code?
Black tie.
What do tickets include?
A three-course meal, wine on the tables, and an evening of celebration and networking with the recruitment and HR community. View ticket options.
